Return Policies – Limit of Liability

No Refunds: Photo prints, DVD videos, photo CDs and all photo and video services at Spectrum are specific and custom to each user or customer, and as such are not returnable. Limit of Liability: Although mistakes happen rarely, you need to know the Spectrum’s liability for errors or omissions or any technical failure is limited to the value of the physical goods as expressed in Spectrum pricing for goods and services. For example, the loss of a 4×6 photo is valued at 24 cents (January 1, 2018) and that is the maximum amount you would be remunerated if we lose a photo you bring to us for copying. In addition, the total liability for any one order is a maximum of $50. So if you feel you have a slide or other original that is worth $10,000, be aware that you would not be reimbursed $10,000 if it is lost. The reimbursement in that case would be $1. The good news is that for digital files that are most customarily printed you can make a backup on your computer or device before sending them to Spectrum, so in most cases there is no actual loss if a printing order has a mistake. By doing business at Spectrum, you agree to these conditions and policies. If you do not agree, do not place an order or purchase at Spectrum.

Spectrum or Chelles are not responsible for errors or omissions on the website or other documents.
